I’m feeling so down. I lost my memory card. I have not gotten the chance to transfer the photos from my recent Dubai trip to my computer. The photos are now gone. The only photos I have from that trip are the 5 photos on this blog. There were so many more pictures to share. So many more memories frozen in still colours and pixels that were meant to compliment the ones which will get blurry and fuzzy and eventually lost over the years. The restaurant where I dropped the memory card told me they found it. But one of the workers thought it was junk and decided to throw it away. The hundreds of pictures of adventures and wanderings, dismissed as junk and discarded..
At the end of the day, I have only myself to blame.
I’d planned to miss the green light so that I could get a photo of this (also because the green man was already flashing and soon turned red) but the drivers still waited patiently for me to cross. Thanks guys!
